3. Service Description
Pendulux provides professional watch repair and maintenance services from our workshop in Karon, Phuket. Our three core service categories are:
Battery & Reseal Visit
Battery renewal, gasket inspection, and case-back reseating for quartz watches. Includes a basic moisture-resistance check on supported models.
Strap, Polish & Tidy
Strap fitting, light case polishing, and general tidy-up for watches showing daily wear.
Comprehensive Bench Service
Full movement overhaul with case and crystal attention. Returned with a written summary of work completed.
Service availability is subject to workshop capacity and the availability of required parts. We serve customers in person at our Karon workshop and may arrange collection for local customers at our discretion.
4. User Responsibilities
When using the Website or our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting enquiries or booking services.
- Disclose any known defects, damage history, or modifications to the watch that may affect assessment.
- Collect completed items within the agreed timeframe. Items not collected within 90 days of completion may be subject to storage charges or, after written notice, treated as abandoned.

Prices shown are indicative. A firm quote will be provided after initial assessment of the watch. Additional costs may apply where parts replacement is required; these will always be communicated and agreed before work proceeds.
Payment is due on collection unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash (Thai Baht) and major credit/debit cards. No work will be released until full payment is received.
Refund policy: If we are unable to complete a service after assessment, no charge will be applied. Where work has been carried out in good faith but the customer is dissatisfied, we will discuss the matter and seek a reasonable resolution. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Service-Specific Terms
The following conditions apply specifically to our watch repair and maintenance services:
- Assessment: All items are assessed before work begins. We will contact you with findings and a quote before proceeding.
- Scope changes: If additional work is discovered during a service, we will pause and contact you for authorisation before continuing.
- Turnaround: Estimated completion times are provided in good faith and may vary depending on parts availability and workshop capacity.
- Moisture resistance: Post-service pressure testing is performed on supported models only. We do not represent that all watches will be water-resistant after service.
- Pre-existing damage: We will note any pre-existing damage at intake. Pendulux accepts no liability for pre-existing conditions.
- Parts: We use manufacturer-compatible or quality-equivalent parts unless you specifically request otherwise.

- Pendulux may decline to accept or continue a service at its discretion, particularly where an item presents safety concerns or where inaccurate information has been provided.
Clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive any termination.
12. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or our services shall first be addressed informally by contacting us directly.
