How long does a battery replacement take?
Most battery replacements and reseals are completed while you wait or within a few hours the same day, depending on the watch model and current workshop load.
What brands do you work on?
We handle a wide range of quartz and mechanical watches — from everyday fashion pieces to more considered Swiss and Japanese movements. We'll tell you honestly if a particular watch falls outside our scope.
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome for battery visits. For bench overhauls, getting in touch beforehand helps us set aside the right time on the workbench and ensures a smooth experience.
How are prices determined for overhaul work?
Our three services have set starting prices listed on this page. For bench overhauls, we may note additional requirements after an initial inspection — you'll receive a written estimate before any work proceeds.
Is my watch safe while it's at the workshop?
Watches left with us are logged and kept securely at the Patak Road premises. They are not sent elsewhere; all work is completed on-site.
Do you offer strap sourcing or can I bring my own?
We keep a selection of leather, rubber, and metal-link straps in stock. You're also welcome to bring your own strap and we'll fit it for you as part of the Strap, Polish & Tidy service.
